Very disappointed with Hostkey's Affiliate Program
I've been a Hostkey's affiliate program member since November 2012. I let my campaigns run for more than a year, without checking my stats and commission.
Last January (2014), I checked my account with them and found out that I've already earned 313.72EUR on my account. I tried to request for a withdrawal using their "Request Withdrawal" link on site and it creates a ticket link that doesn't exist.
I contacted them via their ticket system and was advised to post my withdrawal request via my.hostkey.com instead of via the Request Withdrawal button. I posted my first withdrawal request ticket on February 1, 2014. I've been waiting for their reply. I got my first reply on February 19 by their Marketing Manager, Alex, telling me that he submitted a withdrawal request of all my money via Paypal.
I was waiting for several days and nothing was received on my Paypal account from them. I've been trying to contact them via their ticket system and got my 2nd reply (Feb 27) from Alex, that my affiliate commission is ready for withdrawal but they can't pay me via Paypal as according to their terms and conditions, they can only pay me via wire transfer. This time, he also asked for my bank details. I told him, with my reply, that it was him that said that they will send my commissions via Paypal and now he's saying that they can only send it via wire transfer.
Until now, March 20, I've never heard from him. No update if the transfer was initiated or not. They have Skype support, contacted them and said that I have to contact their Skype reseller department ID. I did contact their reseller via Skype but got no reply. I'm very disappointed with their kind of support. It's 1 month and 20 days since I posted my withdrawal request and still no updates from their side.
So far, only their Skype support is responsive. Their reseller and sales department doesn't respond to any messages via Skype. I keep receiving promos and advertisements from them via Skype but hey won't entertain questions and inquiries.
It's been 1 month and 20 days and still nothing happens. I wonder if it's a 1-man company that do all the work. No one seems to care or check tickets.
Last March 6, I got a reply from the billing department saying that they'll transfer the funds into my back account within 2 weeks. Since then, I haven't heard from the billing department.
I kept on posting new tickets on their ticket system as my old one seems to be forgotten or ignored. Then, I got a reply from from their CEO (March 27, 2014) asking for an apology for the delay and said that it will be done by next week.
Until now, I haven't heard from the billing department nor from their CEO. No update whether it's been processed or not.
I'm still checking though from time to time my bank account for new transfers. Still, nothing from Hostkey.
It's been 2 months and 2 days since I posted my first or original ticket requesting for an affiliate withdrawal and still not processed.
I wondering whether they actually pay their affiliates or not. Two months is two long to wait. I have a feeling that I'm their only affiliate as I can't find any other concerns or problems posted on the internet about their affiliate program.
If others have a problem with their affiliate program, I just hope they'll also share their experiences with Hostkey's affiliate program.
