update me just manage t get adobe after effect i know it a really good software to add effect to video and also some drawing is allowed so is this software could be able to use to create animation ?
have you try Toonboom Animate? It's similar with Adobe Flash Pro but much better in rendering the result.
The animated should be transparent then make some shadow in After Effect using Perspective.
