    You could use the gimp or paint dot net, but you won't get a professional result like you would using photoshop or illustrator though. Or, you could hire someone to design your logo for you.

    Adobe Illustrator is easiest way to create logo's, its easy to use & their tools are best.
    i prefer illustrator.

    A vector logo gets priority over raster one in graphic design, so Adobe Illustrator then Adobe Photoshop

    use gimp - that have really great possibilities and its FREE
    some peoples say its better as photoshop, but I using both of them
