I am pretty sure you could get something much better on Fiverr. The video you referenced is very amateurish. It wouldn't convert. I would search for "Explainer Videos". Places like Powtoon, GoAnimate or maybe even Videoscribe would be the platform to use. You just have to find someone who could do it for you. There are places that charge from little to a lot. It just depends on your budget. The cheapest I have seen is close to $300 for 30 sec. from various companies. Fiverr might be your best bet to test.
