Joomla is a best tool for design a website. Who don’t have much knowledge about programming and they wish to create a website go with Joomla.

yeah! I used Joomla before... It is very easy to use. And also we can use any codes like PHP, MYSQL and other resources easily.

I don’t know about use of php code in joomla. How we can use php? Can you describe in short?

One question, Adobe dream weaver doesn't require coding right? So then why use Joomla, when a good site can be designed easily!

yes, adobe dream weaver doesn't require coding but in joomla you will get readymade page. you just want to change picture, logo and content.

I used both Joomla and Wordpress, I prefer wordpress than Joomla !! however Joomla is not bad, its just more complex than wordpress. If someone wants to create a website with less knowledge about programming, best CMS is wordpress according to my knowledge.

Joomla is kind of complicated than WP, just very easy to install theme and also can edit the php scripts in the editor section

I think Wordpress is easier to learn too. I had a pretty hard time trying to learn Joomla so I focused on Wordpress and started love it.

Wp is easy... But Joomla is a strong hold... for complex definitions...

In wordpress you can't really create a cms based website as efficiently as wp or joomla. Joomla is much more confusing to use the wordpress. I really boils down to wat kind of site you are making

I always prefer joomla. If anyone know a little bit of coding then joomla can be a huge opportunity. And Joomla is much more professional open source cms than wp.

Wordpress can accommodate a lot of themes whereas some themes in Joomla always pose some issues. Wordpress is SEO friendly whereas Joomla it is complicated to get Search Engine Optimization.
