Permalinks moved permanently is not required if you use platinum seo pack. it has the fuctionality to monitor and redirect permalink changes.

I like Platinum SEO Pack. 'Cause it has a 301 redirect enabling option integrated. I never like to play with .htaccess file!

For me its wordpress..because verybody knows wordpress..i think million millions of people using wordpress for seo,in that case wordpress is really effective on SEO..

i used Platinum SEO instead of All In SEO due to a little bit added feature.. you can directly set up do/mo follow at posting UI in wordpress

OK, can we conclude now which are the really MUST HAVE and working really great in terms of overall SEO, indexing rates, spider attention, etc....
I need as much as possible info on this, for my new tool, so I can choose the best performing plugins.

Platinum SEO
Akismet
cbnet Ping optimizer
GD press tools
WordPress Database Backup

All in one seo is best, but theme having seo features is the best choice for wordpress.

I second this recommendation. It's been the goto for about a year now. It's still has support of all the professionals I talk to these days.

This is what I use too.

For SEO i recommended :
1. All in One SEO Pack
2. STT2
3. SEO ALRP

And all absolutely free..

I use cbnet Ping Optimizer 2.3.3 also in my blogs. From seobunny there is a very good howto for using this plugin.

I have written a german howto for installing and using cbnet ping optimizer. If anyone is interested let me know, the ebook is FREE.

one of my favorite wp plug ins is crosslinker It's free, and it creates a lot of time saving!
