I have finally setup my Wordpress blog and am testing a few things out. I heard you can schedule a post, but I cannot figure it out. I have been looking through help pages too with no luck.
Anyone familiar with how to do this?

Anyone familiar with how to do this?
Right above the publish button there is a section that says publish with an edit link. Click the edit link and you can select the publish date and time.
I would really highly suggest using this feature-- WinkOR explained how to do it-- and schedule your posts to publish every X days so you always have unique content flowing into your website.
