Let me tell you more about this. With each posts you specify tags and keywords for your posts. YARPP (Yet Another Related Post) plugin calculates similarity on the basis of these tags relativity with each posts and provide all links on related posts section. What you get is internal backlinks using this plugin. In case if you do this manually, you have to type related posts links each time and it takes a lot of time. YARPP is doing best for me and my blog and it is even recommended plugin by Wordpress software author. I have experienced many plugins but at the end i found it more powerful, accurate and fast plugin for Related posts. You can check its real time function on my blog( Link is in my signature) and you will surely get a lot of benefits of internal link juice :)

It's a real nice plugin. Another is one that shows search terms used to find this page. I don't remember what it was called, but it ranks them by amount of times used by visitors.
