Thread: Wordpress installation important files to be remeber?

While installing wordpress website manually we have to make sure that wp admin and wp config files should be there are or not. And we have to enter our data base details correctly.
Data base particulars are
db name:
db host:
db password:
and db path:

These things we have store in our computer locally, then it is easier to retrieve if we lost also.

Actually reading the post often gives a hint!! If you install manually you do need to edit the sample config file including the file name as the simple instructions indicate. You will need to create a database to target using phpMyAdmin if you do not have a database available. If you use an automated 'one click' install (available in most cpanel hosting) these things will will be taken care of by the installer software. Of course, since your blog is a WordPress blog, you already know these things.
