OK, please don't take this personally, there are many people here asking different and same things and I just can't know what people already know.
So the best bet for you would be to take it slow and mix many things, test and track and see what works for you then repeat...again track results and adjust accordingly....

I used the Supercharged Bookmarks and the Wiki Extreme about a month or so ago to improve our website's rankings. Why now has our website disappeared of the first pages of Google that it was on? Our traffic is now well down, and of course, so are our sales? Any ideas as to why this would have occurred?

I checked your submissions (which is not good, I will address this later) and your site, I see you have many other links pointing towards your domain, so how can you be sure that bookmarks and wikis are causing this? Or any of them, or one, or something else?
That said, your submissions are very bad, especially bookmarks, you didn't follow any tutorial what so ever and I'm sure that your anchors are treated as SPAM links/anchors by google, if they are not already they will be in the future for sure.
So you are mostly using your main keywords and its variations for anchor keywords and we said really countless times here that this is very bad.

I also noted many times, that these days is not enough to generate/submit few bookmarks, you need to do many other SEO things and you need to do it constantly, SEO is not done once and then nothing, it is live process and you need to have very detailed plan, if you dont' know how to do it, you need to hire professional, it is not 2005 anymore , where you can create let say 500+ links and enjoy fruits of that for many months, it doesn't work that anymore. It is more advanced than that and so is this tool and it assumes you know what you are doing.

There are many many factors now which can impact your rankings, traffic and finally sales, like social presence and social signals, links and link variations, link profile, behavioral factors, etc... and these all factors needs to match to each others at least to some degree.

Anyhow, I'm not saying that it is not bookmarks and/or wikis fault(mostly it isn't, it is the way people use them) and if you still think or you are convinced it is our tools fault for your bad rankings, sure we have money back guarantee as you can see in the first post, so if you qualify sure I will refund you right away if you wish so.

UPDATE & SOME INFO
I have made some updates on websites in private network, making them unique(custom coded script) not using standard SB platforms such as PLIGG, etc.. also made some unique and responsive design based on bootstrap,
in return I see great increase in indexing as well as in performance.

Also I made some ranking test cases which are now passed half way trough submission.
I've selected some random sites(URLs) from SERP for same keywords, made only social bookmark links, separate URLs/test cases for private and public networks and both are doing surprisingly well,
considering that these are only links built to it and that these days is very hard(and not recommended) to rank anything only with one type of links.

It is still early to say which links performs better, but I think private links are little bit ahead.
I will update on this soon as this is over and post some images.

OK guys, I promised some print screens, so here they are...


These ranking test cases are done on some random sites from SERPs, using just this tool nothing else.

First test case was done on public network and with standard submission form, nothing complex just few keywords and spun content for desc, 100 bookmarks:




Second test case was done on private network and with standard submission form same as with first one, 50 bookmarks:




I've blurred out the domains, because I don't want to go public with it, anyone interested in URLs can always PM me.

I checked rankings again today and they changed a bit, will post more pics if there will be some more and significant changes(on first test case 9th keyword is now #22 )
I just want to add that when I checked it manually trough the proxies and in other countries rankings are even better.

I guess we can easily conclude that links still work


I've also done some test cases(for this tool) with other keywords for webpages which where not even ranking in top 100(so hard cases ) and now they have great positions on SERP, will report back


These test cases are made just to show you guys that links still works and no matter who is telling you what, you need to test things for yourself first.
Off course that all this time I'm using my tools on regular basis to promote all my sites and blogs.
Now with additional help from markething.me I got great results on most of my sites and blogs, one of my blogs started to rank for very high competitive search terms recently
So I know what I will continue to do

Yes, submission is late on private network and I'm already on it, it should be done and working smooth every moment now(waiting on hosting support to make some change).
