Hi Guys,
I just found your forum and tools which seem to be awesome. I even bought some credits and read the "Tutorial: How to use IMT Supercharged Bookmarks".
As I do want to use this tool to the best of my abilities, is there any other tutorial that I could follow not to get penalized by Google? We have strong social signals for our site on healthruwords.com but yet have to do some good SEO work.

Yes, you can read wikis tutorial as well, same principles apply.
Also you can read other threads in this and link building section and yellow notices from the below nav bar.

As some of you might know, recently(few months back) I've totally re-done this tool(talking about private network) to the point that we can call it IMT Bookmarks 2.0 :)
I've also done some SEO and linkbuilding work as promised and will do in the future as well.
So far based on results tool and sites are doing great, just as I hoped.
I used it(as always) for my sites/pages and projects as well as on other peoples(random pages) to test and I can conclude it is doing job as it should...
I'm using them extensively on my amazon sites currently and they are helping tremendously to rank many blog posts and to earn $ with amazon affiliate program, you can read more about it here
I'm also planning to add some more features to it, but will first test it and will see if it is worth and/or smart to add this.

Do you max out the available character limit (5000 characters) for IMT Supercharged Bookmarks? What would is the optimum text length for using IMT Supercharged Bookmarks?
No never, I use shorter description, "standard" for bookmarks, these are not articles, just bookmarks, so just a short simple description is OK.
As I recall the character limit was raised as a feature request to allow for more randomness of the descriptions through the use of spintax.

Actually prices are now as they originally where, this was just very long long discount period :)
Anyhow I decided to do it because I want to increase the quality level of submission therefore the tools in general, so in the end we end up with more quality links making more impact on our link profile and eventually rankings.
Is this still availble please?

Around 2-3 years back i use only Targeting keywords and result was good.
but from last 1-2 years when Penguin hit, i try to use targeted keywords, long phrase keywords, and few generic keywords like click here, click now But now result are not good as it should be.
Please Guide me what should i do to gain more improvement in rankings, i do have quality content as Bookmark needed i.e. small as 30 words, having Good Keywords Density, Related Content, etc.
I think Problem is there in TITLES, So Please guide me how do i create titles so that i can gain some good rankings for targeted keywords.

To answer your question first... As said many time there is NO general rule for anchors. You need to "know", assume how your content will be linked, how people will share your content mostly and what they will use as anchors.
So basically you would need to mimic natural link growth, for particular page/website...
I use basic submission non stop and my rankings go up, just tested it on my amazon sites and it is increasing, I'm only using bookmarks mostly, for more competitive keywords I use wikis as well.
That said we wrote here sooo many times that you should use other link building strategies as well, if you have more competitive keywords to rank.

We will no longer use them, because unsuccessful submissions on public sites are on the rise.
Also as we made 2.0 bookmarks as I call them for private network, these are kinda old school and google dont' like them as much as before, I mean on pligg based sites.
There are also less and less such sites because trend is moving onto other stuff and it is very hard to find them and many are kinda spammy now...
So considering all, I think in the long run we are better without them.
I would like to add that I+m seriously thinking of adding another private network to this tool, which will have links in reports available.
Will notify you more about this if and when needed.
