Same as always make it look as natural as possible, so description spinning but words and phrases not only words, also clever title spin, most of that is explained in seobunnys tutorial.
Also using and submitting clear spam sites with no or little value is always bad practice, so everything is same as before, just make it more natural and create sites and content for users first then for search engines.
This tool is not here to trick search engines it is here to help your website/webpage get noticed and keep moving towards right direction...

Also resubmit your URLs here and there, because I'm constantly removing low performing and adding new fresh sites, so you might see some spikes/dance in your rankings.

Best advice I can give is to first create unique and great(linkable) content for visitors, then do some (smart) SEO planining and implementing that plan to jump start/push that site or page, then testing and most of all learn to be patient(this is the key ).
