Question: Do you have any suggestions or methods for best results in helping You Tube videos to rank on Goog search, not youtube, but goog?

It same as for any other web page, only you have little advantage(youtube authority ),
choose your keywords you wish to rank for and put/spin them in the title,
make description spinable(this is a must), choose 15 days and submit.

If we mostly want to rank for 1 specific keyword phrase is it best to use that specific keyword a few times in the spinable titles and descriptions?

Example my primary keyword I want to rank for is "fish fins" so my spinables would be "fish fins" "great fish fins" "special fish fins" "fish fins" "cool fish fins" "fish fins"

Yes you can use the same title more than once in your spin syntax to increase the chance of that title being used in your submission. I have done this a few times when I felt one particular key word/phrase needed more attention than the others. But for your other titles, instead of using terms like "great fish fins" or "special fish fins" etc... I would suggest using Google's Adword keyword tool to find similar terms to "fish fins" that have low/medium competition but get a decent amount of searches per month and use them in place of "great fish fins" or "special fish fins" etc...

Submitted 5 Urls so far and keywords an targeting are low profit highly searched with low to medium competition,one is just at beginning of 15 days, two are short span of 5 days, both are finished, of one them indexed from no where to 6th page but still got to show its complete result yet other one came to 5th page and went for a dance,
so far not many of bookmarks indexed and two more url's i submitted are 15 days span and they'll be done by 3rd of november.

As far as i know it will take little time from google to show their result... keeping my fingers crossed. If the result is good by the end of november I'll use the remaining 5 url's to submit.

Patience is a virtue especially in SEO and link building.
When bookmarks are finished, it takes up to 5 days for 2tier links to be built,
then they have to be noticed by google and other SEs in order for them to give boost to 1st tier links (bookmarks), so this can take up to 7-14 days more,
then 1st tier links have to be noticed by google(if they already didn't) and other SEs + SEs needs to count that boosts from 2tier links for every bookmark, that can take from 7-14 days more...
In the meanwhile in that whole process you will see some ranking movements (if you placed your cards right), but only after this cycle is completely finished you can expect some real results and then you can check how many bookmarks are indexed.

So to conclude no need for any boosters, because you can make it only worst and unnatural, just submit, forget about it and check results after few (2-4) weeks from the end of the submission process.
