I think same - More in header - For Me yes more in Header Orange Box
Sign Up Box for Newsletter should be reworked
Put Top Banner Add after some Text Boxes
Below Orange BOx - Make it Small
Right Hand Side Boxes - My Personal Suggestion - Remove the Search & Add thing to make the Page look more professional
Last Box in Page - Use for More Text & Information's or Social Links or some ....

Too much stuff above the fold. You want people to be able to see something without having to scroll down. You only have 15 seconds to grab their attention, This is according to google. Also you want them to be able to fill out a contact form or call a number so make sure that is very visible and easily accessible.

Nice looking site overall, although not keen on the big orange area.

The adsense boxes where they are seem too prominent and were advertising things other than hotels - might be worth setting them to just be travel related. If i was looking for hotel info i would be put off by the adsense like that and just assume the site is looking for click through. If thats the aim then not a problem but you may put people off.

Nice but that huge orange thing at header and footer has to be gone/replaces...

over all it looks good, but in the header section its good to have CSS style to rotate few images to looks more eye catchy and seems like a empty space left
