Review my SEO - Why wont I rank

Keywords I'm aiming for #1 SERP:

Nice site I had a look at your seo, and the only thing that seems to bother me is that your title is mainly the keywords you want to rank for. You need something descriptive in that title, or its going to look a little spammy. Secondly, I see that you're using Yoast. Have a look at the settings again, and see what else you can do to optimize your site. Plus, you can optimize posts as well. You've also got two Google Site verification codes? That seems a little odd.

Have you added your site/business in Google places? I have also found that a local map or even a weather widget can help with local search serps.

My site for my offline business has seven weather widgets. Five are localities where I have worked frequently plus one for the place my daughter lives and one for my old home town, Council Bluffs, Ia. Council Bluffs is around 1500 miles (around 2500 km) from where I live and I have never worked in my profession or offered services there, but, by my count, my business website is showing at number ten in the search results and is the first result that is an actual service provider. The combination of the keyword in the title and the local weather widget puts me ahead of actual local service providers.

I would suggest changing H1 on the home page to Solar PV by RHINO SOLAR or something like that. Also, I would remove the second h1 tag used for welcome. Also, edit h2 tag to match one of targeted keywords instead of solar energy.
Also, rename images to your keywords and add appropriate alt tags (not house like it is now )

Change this page rhinosolar.co.uk/why-pv/ torhinosolar.co.uk/why-solar-pv/, change its h1 tag to Why solar PV, add few relevant images with appropriate alt tags...

And add 2 more pages with targeted keywords

Also, work on adding quality backlinks, create google plus page, twitter account... Add addthis widget to bottom of pages...
