To be honest buddy, i think the logo is less attractive.
But great theme color.

You need to add more SEO to the website titles not nice for searches plus the site description isn't what it says on the tin.

Also I'd like to say that the 728x90 ad displayed below header covers up one of the navbar links... you need to adjust the position of that ad

Rest of the factors like speed, design ...etc etc are fine acc. to me !

The huge advertisement is kind of colliding with the content. The logo as stated before, isnt really attractive, try to order one from fiverr (only 5 dollars.)

Then with the whole paid to post thing, I feel like it makes your forum forced, try networking with people on different forums then bring them to yours. Starting a forum is difficult but you can do it!

Some ways of doing this is just posting great information on your website, then linking that post to different forums.
Skype groups from different forums (especially on warriorforum)

Most forums start out with only groups of friends then it grows from there.
