Hope you are doing well. I would like to have some review about my website's content quality because I think there is always a hope for improvements. Website fell down for almost all SEO related keywords(obviously after Penguin update) and I will have to do major changes. I would highly appreciate your comments and feedback about website content. Do you have social signals for the site...? on first look i feel you might have missed them!

The website looks absolutely fine from the content issue. You should also check the backlink profile of the website. It could help you recovering the lost ranking.
