At first make sure that on-page optimization of your site has well done. Then start off-page optimization.
For off-page optimization you can do blog comment, forum posting, article submission, press release submission. Also you can submit your site on various web directories. To give natural view for your backlinks try to create backlink from various source. Dont' scam other site for backlink Also make backlink by mixing dofollow and no follow links(Not only dofollow links). That is fine after panda update. Try to create .edu and .gov link as possible. Because google loves also gives priority .edu and .gov links.

you need a good logo, this drop shadow thing is... i like the floating social button, the latest article on the right is the same as in the left, why not change this for the most popular cos it's redundant.

Logo will also be changed soon. As far as the post on right hand side goes, due to 0 comments it is appearing same,it gets updated on run time depending on the response and user views.

64 kalas was referring to the use of Android in the domain name. It does appear that Google has registered Android as a trademark and could give you problems over the domain name. That would depend on their policy, but it does appear that they may not mind if you include a line: "Android is a trademark of Google Inc." but you may need permission.
