    What is your market for your product? Do you ship worldwide? What kind of volume can you handle? How long does it take to ship (from inventory or made to order)? What is the price range for your Flutes?

    I think you should have a custom checkout form where the customer can enter all the specification that they want and you ship it. Also it should have built in shipping calculator + currency converter etc. to reach a wider audience. And as Wink0r said I think you should state a shipping time.

    Also you should market your products in such a way that customers will want to buy directly from you and not from a site like eBay. What is special about your flutes?
