How much would something like this be worth?

Hey,

I guess this is a bit of a "it is what you make it post" but generally how much would you think ;) is worth?

8100 local (exact) monthly searches @ £1.80 ap cpc

(not finished with design etc and layout just testing the water)

I know an exact match domain isn't always worth much on it's own, which is why I intend to rank it (hard but I'll do it passively throughout the year) And which places are best to sell (I'd rather not have to pay fees upfront before even selling!)

It will probably depend on what PR you can get it to and where you can the the SERPS :D

You should try to rank it and sell it on flippa. You usually get 10x+ the value you get each month from it. The sites itself should be worth $50-$100.
