Wow this must be some course but In my opinion I would suggest that the first thing you do to improve it would be condense some of it. Who has 15 hours to watch videos? but having said that as long as the videos are interesting and keep a persons attention and not full of fluff maybe they will sit and watch all of them. Me I cant sit that long at once. I get very easily distracted.

If you are still looking for reviewers I would love to have a look. I just finished reading Zac Johnsons flipping ebook and felt it was too basic and left out a lot of necessary information. Would like to see how yours compares. Im Kind of following a modified approach to the one on AdsenseFlippers.com and building up sites to flip.
