I have just launched my new wp blog and i need your suggestions please help me design the site and please post your honest review :)

I like your blog template and as I see everything is fine there
the template is really professional. i would suggest adding a link unit on the blakc strip on the top just below the header . but that's only if you want to monetize your website. Or else everything is fine here ;)
What I like about the blog is that it loads quickly and that its not to much of a strain on the eyes, the text is easily readable, and content looks good. You mentioned you want to change the design though, what do you want to change on the blog?
Like your black and white color combination, looks simple, but really nice. As to suggestions. The only thing I may advice is to add some space between the posts.
Overall, your blog is pretty good.
