I like the short URL
It is nice and simple.
align "Keyword (optional): http://urlr.w" more to the left

You might consider some small redesign make it more like web 2.0 pages(larger buttons and fields and use of pastel colors)

about web 2.0 , should i make the facebook fun page ? the real deal is that i have to make 2 fansites 1 in english and other in spanish :S

I mean, that you do a little redesign of current homepage something like this:

You should build anything that you think can help internet visibility of your site.
