I thinking about to create a GERMAN BLACK HAT FORUM... but not with vBulletin... I like Woltlab and PhpBB.

I think you should pick a niche your really interested in. Its really hard to start up forums and make them big nowadays

dude, your forum looks great, but you need to fill the categories more. However your niche is very competitive, so you have to do really a big hard work if you want your forum to be famous. Try some give aways to attract members.
