The template looks a little busy. There's too many colors.
The logo takes too much of my focus. Try a smaller logo.

I have to agree with the above person, too busy. And colors are also weird...
You look orange, green, blue, dark blue, yellow... to many colors for sure, try to make it sexier

It's not so bad. As to logo I would probably change it at all. As to my opinion it doesn't fit general design of the site.

I agree with the above people. Too many colors.
Just make it look simple and clean and then it would work great.
