Not bad, nice looking forum...
But I don't like these "new" pics next to each forum, they are not quite sharp and look like they don't belong there.
Also I don't like "menus" on the left side, somebody may like this, but I'm old fashioned guy and I like forum to be the forum, if you know what I mean.

And BTW, yes you made one big mistake with this forum, it is the number of forums and subforums.
When you are starting with the new forum, you don't want to have many categories/forums, coz your forum will look empty, so first make few main forums and when they populate you will expend them...

Hope this helps, just keep working and promoting the forum.
Also offer something unique to your future members.

Tips
- Since your forum is new, what I do suggest is to have less forum categories. So it won't look so empty.
- Have a contest or two, to bring in more members.

Design
Not busy, and not too plain. Colors go well together.

I would go with Admin.
Just lessen the amount of categories, work with SEO and enjoy...

You need from some indians to make 1000-200 posts . I use indians for new forums =) . Works fine - for 20-30$ i get 2000-3000 posts :d
