Which ones don't work? http://forum.aq.edu.ph/index.php usually takes a while to load for some reason so it might seem like it doesn't work but it does. Every other site worked fine for me.

Thanks AaronLuke - I've just gone through them myself and the only 2 I had problems signing up with are below:

You're right about the http://forum.aq.edu.ph/index.php site taking a while, but it all worked out for the best for me in the end

You would need to check into each forum's rules for that information.
