I think you can find a bunch of dofollow forum if you search a phrase with "dofollow forums" in google. You will get a list of 200 forums at least. This is my experience. Good luck.
Do follow forums are always better but I think as johny said you find it first time do follow forum.

We still need to consider a forum that offers "no-follow" links. Profile and credibility are still important than getting backlinks in forums.

thanks for sharing, but I think you can find it on google by "keyword" "powered by (fill in the engine forum)" and use the firefox addon nodofollow, to view the forum dofollow or not :D
Umm, warrior forum is not a dofollow forum. My advice is do a google search this way: your relevant Keyword + "Forum". Check all the results and remember, only relevant backlinks will boost your keyword authority. To check if the forum is a dofollow forum, simply download seoquake plugin for firefox, and check each forum.
Forums are the great source to get backlinks fast and in ethical way and this method can help you to get good position in search engien page rank (SERP). Whenever you start forums posting in any forum you should go smoothly and don't use any unethical way to get signatures.
