This list was released 1 year ago by SEOmoz for the public, I still use them; very good list for local submission to increase your local ranking: named "Local Citation directories"

Same Error comes for me too

I thought that maybe I needed to clear cache, but that did not help. I even tried opening the page in IE with the same result.

Whould you guys please tell me which Web Browser and the version you USED please? Are you behind a proxy/VPN?

Other alternative would be. Go directly to SERPSITE.COM > BLOG SECTION (top right in the menu) > SEOmoz public local citation dir

My primary browser is FireFox. I tried with both FF and IE. I cleared cache in FF and tried again. I am on an ISP cable (fast) connection in Florida, USA. I was able to access the page through two proxy services, HMA and webproxyer.com, but the link you provide in the post for HMA is still grinding away without showing the page or giving an error message.

Waw this is really intriguing, 80% of my visits are from USA, I hope this is not causing the same problem as you. The server is located here in Montreal, Canada with a White Listed dedicated IP. Anyways, I will PM you the file right now. But if you have some friends who could test this link, I would be happy to know if it's a isolated problem or not. Thanks

I have no problem reaching your site or navigating around it, although the information on the aboutus page seemed a bit limited. The links are still not working for me in either FF or IE, but I can still get there through the proxy. According to the address bar page I was using a US based server, so I doubt that the problem is general. It is a real head scratcher!!

As a follow-up I tried the provided link this evening and it worked without problem.
