I don't think that's an easy thing. You will need to hunt for those in Google search with various keywords. If you are lucky you will find a list posted by someone.

if you really targeting specific niche directories , try on search engines with the keyword+directories , where you can the list my as per my knowledge most of the niche targeted directories are paid.. very few offers a free submissions.

if your web is fashion related than in google you can type like inurl: "fashion" + "submit.php"
