I think they'll not accept these kind if URLs.
Any recommended ways to build up tatics because I do not personally want most of my traffic to be on the homepage and nowhere else.
These are called deep links or inner links and yes there are deep link directories, they are rare, but you can find them.
You can use other link building methods to boost your inner links, like article marketing, social bookmark, blog posting, blog commenting, etc...

If you Google 'deep link directories' or look in fiverr you will find quite a few available. As said above most are likely to be paid for review type links. the free ones have extended waiting list and may never actually be listed.
The directories do not accept such type of URL in my opinion.
Surely as google further enhances panda, the low value directories will gradually be ignored.
Only right good directories accept deep links, normally you can put only your domain.
