If i submit my website to PR-0 in social bookmarking sites

then it affect my website pagerank??????

If your site also is not indexed yet in the search engine then to submit your site in the Zero PR social bookmarking sites is at some level not too bad but if your website has high page rank then it is worthless to submit your website in the zero PR social bookmarking site because search engine will take it as the low quality content for which the page rank of your website will be affected in a bad manner. In zero PR site also avoid dot info sites.

Majority of social sites are de-indexed by google now. So be careful while submitting your site in any social site, and check the page rank + Indexed pages of the site where you are going to submit your URL/site otherwise it will return you nothing but some spamy link, that "penguin" love to track....

I really disagree with last two posts and it is based on hundreds of hours testing such and similar situations.

Every backlink is actually good for your rankings. Of course its better to use lower PR sites at the begining, but anyways you can profit from low PR backlinks building the base of your backlink "pyramid". So, don´t dismiss low PR backlinks.

It doesn't matter about the PR of social bookmarking sites, because PR always update by Google. So who knows that the PR will improve in the next update.

I agree with namanja, seotic and trexship. any backlink would help you.
but if you know that the site's pr is 0 for a long period, the site maybe got a penalty from google and it also might not be worth the work…

If your site has low PR, than its more normal, if you get low PR link from other sites (for example social bookmarking sites). But anyways, its better a low PR backlink as nothing. Please don´t be obsessed with PR. Sometimes I find sites with PR 0 or 1 on the first site off google´s SERPs for quite competitive keywords.

Of cours its nice to have a high PR, but it doesn´t guarantee that your SERPs are much bether, it helps a litte bit, but it s only a factor among many others.

Getting SB from all PR ranges is important. Just vary your achor and make the frequency gradual and consistant.

It will help ..Getting a RELATED keyword backlink from any PR site would get you ranked

Yes, It's True, You may feel free to submit to PR 0 Social Book Marking Sites... But don't keep on submitting to same type of sites and same PR sites... diversify them as much as you can.

Also while submitting to too many PR 0 sites ... ask yourself if it is worth the time ... lol

And its depend of the content you will add with a description text.. of you write a good unique description.. its also a quality backlink!

And if you got tons of backlinks from PR0 sites... you will get PR1 or 2... at next Update!

why not ? go for it. PR0 is not a problem at all.

Steadily building back links is always a plus at least i have found , just be sure that as you build all of your links don't look exactly the same. Change it up a little from link to link and higher PR sites are great but as many have said all back links count and are helpful in building your complete back link profile.
