doFollow Web2.0 Properities (Freeblogs,..) for Backlinkstructures with German Content

Hi, This is my first post.

I want to create a big linkwheel (closed wheel in the third tier) for a German Site. My Question is if every Freeblog or Web 2.0 Properity should be doFollow, how fast should I build it, and is it necessary that the content on the Freeblogs is in German - or doesn't it matter if it is in English or in German (My target is to rank in Google.de).

Next Question is: If I build such Linkwheels, should I direcly link the Properities together or should I wait until they are indexed?

1st you need to write in German if you are targeting German keyword with German site, etc...

2nd don't create link wheel, they leave huge footprints!!! You better do link pyramid.

Can you explain what a link pyramid is Nemanja?

I can add something to it, if it helps:

A link pyramid consists of 3 (or more) layers:

Base Layer - widest layer so to speak - and consists of low quality links such as social bookmarking, lower quality article sites
Mid Layer - Sites that have more authority than the above but still not top quality (ie. sites that maybe republish other content etc
Top Layer - Much higher quality sites that have tons of other links pointing to them - purchase links can work here

Am in the process of building these along with a link wheel at the moment.

Also that needs to be done in right time intervals in order to be of some value(it must appear natural).
