There are lot of methods for getting traffic to your blog if you have time. For example you can share your blog in FB (related page, groups), do some blog commenting, social bookmarking, yahoo answers and there is more.

A simple yet powerful method to get traffic to your blog is
to post a video at youtube about your blog... just focus on
your niche..you can create a video about the benefit your
blog offers using animoto a free video maker online and
at the last frame point to your blog and zooom upload it
to youtube with your blog link in it and watch your traffic
go up in few days .. just share your success on this after
implementing..
