for example.....there are 2 types of blog network
types 1 - consist of many aged domain(high Page Rank also) but connect to same class of IP
types 2 - consist of many new domain (3-6 months old) but connect to different class of IP
so which type give more value and also passing great juice

Probably second example will word better than first.
But I reccomand to also take care about DNS diversity for Your domains

i read the the recent news... google deindex website that link to private blog network such as build my rank, UAW, and so on.. any members here experienced this kind of situation?

I was reading about that but the author was suggesting only some of the private networks had been affected. It would be useful to know which ones have been devalued.
