Can you give me a list of quality and proven backlinks?

I am looking for a high quality and proven backlinks for my web site Selina Personal Care like Forum,blogs,guest posting, commenting, blogroll, blog networks, etc in which they will offer do follow backlinks. I tried some suggested forum and blog commenting and yet you see your link to them but after a few days they will remove the link and just put your comment visible. Any advice are greatly appreciated

might want to try a service, to pay for the do follow blog comments, that way they stick around, otherwise the time you are putting in is pointless!
