Now a days for massive link building I am doing lots of blog posting on different authority blog sites and copying and pasting the content. My only purpose of doing this to get anchor text for my keywords. Please guide if the right or wrong thing is being done ??????????

you said you are coping and pasting, that is duplicate content, the fact is this google will only pick one of the content you submitted to those web2.0 sites and do away with the others, this means if you are submitting duplicate content google only index just one the rest are wasted
