it is quit difficult getting blog without moderation, the only way out is to look for a large number of auto approve blogs then select the ones with high pr, though is is a little hard but with scrapebox it will take lesser time

most of Blog with PR always have captcha in their comment form, and moderate first before accept the comment

Most blogs with high PR and auto approve will have been spammed to death. Not worth putting your money site on a page that will have been spammed so much.

Blogs without comment moderation will get filled with junk within a day and will be left with neither any SEO value nor any traffic so will you like to post your comment on such a worthless blog.
