Hi Friends,
Can anyone suggest me exactly what is the difference between the Articles & Press Release content, and how we can write related to that one????
A press release contains the who - what - when - where information about an event.
An article contains in depth information about a subject.
Articles are read to learn something....
press release is created to tell news. Ever heard of the press on tv, what they do? They tell news, so press releases it's all about something new, news!
E.g. : your product launch, a company launch, you just created an amazing new forum, etc It's not about teaching or learning.
Press releases are use to release press news of your product, business, or anything which you publish and release news for that.
Articles are used to publish content related to your product or business.
press release is announcing some news about your site and at the same time promoting your offer while article submission is information about the niche of your website.
It is different. Press release is for product lauching, news, and something like that. Article submission is you write article about your product/services.
A press release is a recorded or written statement to the media proclaiming some newsworthy story. The goal of a press release is to entice a journalist into developing an article about a subject that you have submitted. With a press release you are not trying to sell anything or get anyone to opt-in, your only focus is to get a journalist interested in your article enough to publish it, which will then get you traffic.
i think moderator should close it now as already all experts have given perfect answers for same :)
Articles talk in general while press release talk specifically about a product or service or site. The use of press release is to announce the launch of a new product or doing a merger etc.
