If I understand the information on this thread I can take an article I wrote and submit it to all the directories listed in the thread and Google will not pentalize me for duplicate content.

Does this mean that I will get backlinks from each directory for the anchor text in the resource box?

Am I reading you guy right?

That list is very much beneficial for me currently. i need to use them.

As far as the spinning is concerned, I do it manually. Not only the content but the anchor, backlink also.
