    Usually the problem with auto approved sites is that they're already filled with lots of SPAM comments... So I prefer leaving a valuable comment on a site with comment moderation enabled!

    If you are learning SEO and very new to it, I suggest not to use these kind of blogs for commenting. They may harm your website ranking!
