Some of the best press release website which i have used are prlog.org, sbwire.com, pr-usa.net, onlineprnews.com.

I also give my vote to prlog.org, its got a great PR and gets me a good number of visitors to my site :)
I submitted one to 24-7pressrelease.com and within minutes it was APPROVED, "Your press release has been scheduled and will be made available on the morning of Thursday September 22, 2011. Please note that your press release will not be made available or distributed before this time." Impressive.
