You can also inexpensively purchase PLR (private label rights) articles then modify them to make the articles original. Sometimes easier than writing an brand new article.

Yes,I am agree with you.Article submission may be the best for seo if we submit it in proper way.Some seo are adding link in content of the article.This way is really put bad impression for our site.We also have to submit our article in high PR directories with prime targeted keyword.
