I know Google PR have their own algorithm to calculate the PR. Even my website is still have PR 0 and no data for my Google links, but my Yahoo links and Yahoo linkdomain have already grow up to about 1000 links. So can be that Yahoo links data will be the same data I can get in Google links?

If you are talking about siteexplorer links from yahoo then they can't effect on google PR, these are just links discovered by yahoo, but if the same links are discovered by googlebot then they can help increase PR.
