Windows Live Hotmail couldn't send your message because the server was busy. Please try again later.

I have been trying to send a message via hotmail for the last hour and I'm still getting the same message. This is not the first time I've experienced this type of trouble from hotmail, and uploading an image seems like asking an old lady to run a 100 meter race. The service is getting pathetic every passing day. Are you of the same view or am I the only one experiencing this?

I don't think you encountered a trouble from hotmail. you might have been using internet from a source that is shared among many other PCs like at the airport or a place that has a slow internet connection. I have encountered the same once I was in a jam packed area with everyone using the internet from the single wifi available and this caused troubles to me too. So don't fret it, and try to use it when there's not much traffic on your end.
