Thread: Google or Bing?

Previously, I always prefer Google first to check everything but recently i have experimented Bing for those terms for which I was unable to find relative results and i was astonished to find that Bing has provided me more relative results than Google. So I am now using Google and Bing Side by side for my own search. But off course, for SEO and Ranking terms, there is no match for Google and may be for many decades.

I love Google and they have 90% Market Share in Search Engines there is no comparison Google VS Bing in my opinion.

Old habits never die so I keep using Google. However, bing is quite good and the user experience is nice. Hard to say if they will ever catch back up to the big G though.

yea, this is true. But maybe as idreesfarooq said, Bing gives more accurate results than Google.

But the collection of google search engine is much higher than bing. I found many sites at google which i never found at others SE. Only for the huge resource i love google. But for image search i always use bing.

I really like the results that Bing offers for some searches, but in terms of traffic, they are just as bad as Yahoo. It sucks to say that Google has the monopoly on search and that doesnt seem to be changing anytime soon Who knows that 5 years will bring. Every great rise results in a great fall.

Why is that? Google for me knows what i am looking for, it is very detailed and most of the results are exact.

It seems bing is successfully grabbing part of the market. Just goes to show what consistent advertising (and money) can do for a brand.

Of course, it doesn't hurt that bing is the default search engine in Internet Explorer and that many PC users don't bother to change or don't realize that they can change the default search engine.

I always get the majority of my traffic from Google, Bing seems to have a really wierd ranking algorithm because it never sends any traffic.

Its right that Bing has improved a lot but Google has covered unlimited distance that anybody can cross him in the way. Big G is all time favorite.

Best search engine:
Google always provides me the best result and i always fulfilled my need through this search engine on web.I found this better than others in many ways like trading,online jobs and also for the traffic purposes.So i must say its best.

Google is leading...no doubt.

But depending on what you're searching for, you get different results from different searchengines.
Sometimes I get more serious websites on top in Bing, sometimes better websites in google.

There's no best SE...it's personal.

In my country 97% peoples using google. BTW I heard bing engine stealing googles serps

I personally think google is so much better.. I use to not mind the MSN search engine but when Bing bought it I lost interested and I went right to google.. I personally think whoever uses bing is just to lazy to type in the google.com in domain search LOL...

gOOGLE ALWAYS rock and i get lots traffic from it...

I still use google sir. and maybe forever use google.
