It is still popular but, sad to say, many of the questions are less intelligent.

Yes Yahoo Answers is still very popular and I am getting decent traffic from it. However nowadays Quora can give you more traffic compared to yahoo answers.
I think Quora is much better than Yahoo answers now..
Yes! Yahoo answer still help in getting decent traffic. Few my blogs still got traffic from Yahoo answer. For me yahoo is helpful.
