What is the best SEO Platform?

WordPress, Joomla, Blogger ar all good platforms to make a website but personally if I need to chose between this three i chose WORDPRESS.

    Why WordPress?
    Easy SEO
All my sites ar in wordpress. Why? Because wordpress is so flexible, it started as a blog platform but now you can make all kinds of websites. And for SEO is the best, because its easy to optimize, get high rank and traffic. I have 4 websites in wordpress with traffic between 1000-7000 vizitors per day, i optimized them only on page (you can read my SEO On Page Ebook for more info) with wordpress plugins.

    Templates and Design
You can find alot of templates (free or paid) for wordpress site for every niche. Easy to optimize without plugins and easy to edit them...............

I changed one of my regular websites into a Wordpress blog. Visitors went from 1500month -> 70000month. Using Wordpress + All-In-One-SEO plugin. I simply won't got back to regular website again. Next step is to convert all my blogger blogs into real domains & Wordpress. I'm pretty happy where I'm currently at, and I won't work too hard.

As for Joomla. It's way too "stiff" compared to Wordpress. I don't know why someone would want to use it...

Yes, I also suggest using Wordpress because its features and functions easily guide a search engine through the posts, pages, and categories to crawl your site and index it. It also offers some built-in SEO pulgins like ability to use .htaccess, to create permalinks, blogrolling, pinging, etc. There are some third party plugins also available in Wordpress for search engine optimization.

I would say Joomla and Wordpress are about even. Blogger is crap.. wouldn't recommend it. It really depends more on your skill level as a developer, and your personal preferences than anything. Wordpress is definitely the easiest and best out of the box, and has plenty of free plugins to really get your SEO cranking. Joomla can be quite difficult to work with, but there's a lot more you can do with it. I personally would recommend Drupal. Drupal is very SEO friendly and has all sorts of nice modules you can install. The only downside to it is they make the hard stuff easy and the easy stuff hard, so it's not very newbie friendly.

My preferred CMS has got to be WordPress. It has a lot of themes and plugins for it. Very ease of use and it's the CMS I'm very familiar with now.

There are many platforms that have SEO firendly, WP is the one of it. This is because there are many plugins that do this job for WP, though the code of WP alone had already got it. The others platforms that SEO friendly are drupal, concrete5, joomla and ModX also. There are some of my sites that built from those are great in SEO.

Wordpress is well-liked to to the simplicity or use and the wide availability of plugins, especially for onpage seo and site structure like the SEO plugins that everyone is alluding to here. For those that need more flexibility in design, drupal is a great CMS and has a pretty big community developing new plugins all the time. I have a few drupal and joomla sites and they're fast and lean. One advantage would be that G knows the wordpress cms and popular spammer themes, so this could be an unwanted red flag. With joomla and drupal code, an MFA or AFF site might be able to skate by for a while.

As for SEO plugin, I use Yoast Wordpress SEO. Easy on the processor and lots of new features all the time.

Personally, I have had better SEO results with blogger rather than wp. For example, I can't remember of a de-indexed site in blogger (when they do, the account is rather closed) where as this is becoming very frequent with wp. I have never seen a blogger site stay un-indexed more than a few days (a few hours in general), and I've seen wp sites stay unindexed for weeks.

Also, a blogger subdomains seems to have some EMD advantages

So, I'd recomment blogger for pure SEO purpose

Of course, there are other considerations: blogger is proprietary, so it's dangerous. Wordpress remains very buggy and slow. Wp has plenty of plugins (high security risk for 90% of them), but convenient...
