what is the funda of Keyword Prominence? how important it is for rankings?

Your Keywords are absolutely critical for the search engines and therefore your rankings. If you don't place them correctly or don't use them how do the "bots" know what your page is about.

Keyword prominence gives the hint to the bot of the search engines that which keywords are being targeted.
Prominence is how close to the start of the area that the keyword appears.If a keyword appears at the beginning of an area, its prominence will be 100%.If a keyword appears in the middle of an area, its prominence will be 50%.
In search engine optimization,this refer to prominent placement of keyword or phrases within a keyword.Keyword prominence is a important thing in the on page optimization,prominence is a measure of keyword importance that indicate how close a keyword is to begging of the analyzed page area.

Relevant keywords are very crucial for rankings. After all, it's these keywords that people input and search with in the search engines. And if you've done your optimization right, then your site should pop up at the top of the SERPs when there keywords/key phrases are keyed in. So be sure to put optimize each page around a major relevant keyword (and have some related keywords working along with it as well). Put your keyword(s) in your title, subtitles, sprinkled throughout your content, in your alt tags, metatags and so on. This will take you a long way in the SERPs. Also if you want to optimize even more, then consider getting 'exact match' keyword domain names.
According to me Keyword prominence is placing your keywords close to the beginning of sentences and paragraphs. As with adding your keywords often but retaining the readability of your content, basically placing your keywords at the beginning of your content won't work. Your keyword prominence must slot in your content making sense to the reader and basically flow with the remainder of the containing content.

and google time to time is more spesific about statement and crawl

no any other funda just preference based on bold, italics, tags and tag size eg: h1, h2 etc
Keyword prominence is a priority of a keyword means which keyword is more important for a website. You are suggesting a title tag for a website then most important keyword should be on first position and so on.
