Start practising your English. Its the language of business, so it's not going to hurt you. There is a huge abundance of English learning materials out there. Keep at it, and don't learn to get by, learn to be good at it.
Its better to hire a freelancer writer who writes at cheap price..
Hello there.
I agree with you anup. Sometimes writing in a language other than your own can be really difficult. it would be really hard for me to bring my point across if I didn't know about sentence structure, grammar etc. So hiring a freelancer would be the best alternative. I think, adding to that, you need to make sure that the person you hire is fluent in the language you are hiring them to write in, so looking at some of their previous work would be a good idea.

Yeah.. Basically you have to consider previous work or sample content which is already published in any blog or website. After reading the published article written by freelancer that you are hiring, then you can order it if you really like the content. Also make sure if you'll get CopyScape passed, unique (some people rewrite and see the contents) and highly quality content before you raise any order.
Hello there.
Yes, you should hire a professional content writer or a firm.
Hiring a freelancer has some other issues. If you're coming from a wealthy country, hiring a freelancer might be possible. If you're coming from a country that isn't as well off, then even hiring a "cheap" freelancer might be prohibitively expensive.
Start learning english
If you are interested in article writing and have good knowledge about any peculiar things, then better learn English and there are several resources available in online which are helpful to learn it. Else as Anup said its better to hire a freelancer.
English is very hard to master for those born from another language. I agree with previous contributors, A freelance writer will make the world of difference. Its worth the investment
Written Englis languaje is not so easy as spoken. The different styles how you can write is the big issue. I mean you can write in different manners in yoour lenguaje, you knoe the different idiomatic expressions, and the common expresions in your country, even in your town.
So if you not dominate 100% english languaje you should better hire a native english writer. since readers can note quickly poor grammatic, or misspell, and ask a refund if they have bought a book from you. Or just get a very feedback from them.

i meant that
It is very important to provide quality content, if your English is not good why not rank some pages in your native language?
Because he won't make as much $ as targeting his site to international people :P
Anup's suggestion is good if you want to put your site up soon, so now hiring a writer is the best solution.
But for the long term, do as pkennedy says. English is the main language of the world and it will become handy to you in much more situations than putting up a site. I'm not an english native speaker, but I cannot imagine my life without knowing english. It's also one of the easiest languages on the planet, if not THE easiest.
Whatever you can't do, you need to outsource. I work with a Lithuanian guy and his English skills are excellent but he knows that I can do it just that bit better than him. It also means that he puts his time and effort into other parts of his site, effectively maximising the overall work-rate per day on his site.
If you don't want to outsource the writing then you write it and get an English-speaker to edit it. It's a bit cheaper that way.
I will go with AnupViews and Judderman words. Being an ex writer/blogger and now totally in IM world like SEO/Promotions/Ranking War, I always feel better to get a writer that I can afford. I know I have to edit articles about 10 to 15% but Its ok for me. So learning English is not easy, it is better to invest in it. My 2 cent, hire a writer for your articles.
Two options.
1. The quick and easy way, outsource it.
2. The best way to learn good english is to live in an English speaking country. You will learn much more natural english than learning from a course, and faster.
